A full-stack web app that replaces the paper bookkeeping for the board game Kingdom Death: Monster. Tracks settlements, survivors, gear, and campaign progress across a 36-year in-game timeline. Built entirely from scratch as my first software project.

A live roster of every survivor with hunt status, conditions, and stat lines at a glance. Each survivor has a full record sheet tracking XP, injuries, fighting arts, disorders, and more.

The full survivor record sheet — attributes, armor, abilities, family links, and a computed "with gear" totals panel that folds in bonuses from equipped cards and fighting arts.

Four persistent 3×3 loadout grids with a custom affinity engine — matching colored edges between adjacent cards lights up bonus effects and hints at what's still needed to complete a set.
